For insuring to our customer a global vision of the
performances situation of his suppliers in China,
we are able to propose the setting up of a QCD indicator
based on the following principles :

Q for quality,
non quality will be measured in accordance with
the parameters defined with our customer,
ˇˇˇˇ incidents / scraps rate / ppm, alml can be
considered for illustrating the quality level of
the suppliers.
ˇˇ -
C for cost,
by defining a base of calculation from the initial
quotation and through the life time of the product
ˇˇˇˇ delivered. Ideally an index will be put in
place for following the cost saving contribution
of the supplier from the
ˇˇˇˇ 1st delivery until the end of life.
ˇˇ -
D for delivery,
service rate and punctuality will be measured through
indicators for identifying the deviation in the
ˇˇˇˇ delivery process and informing our customer
in time.

This service can be applied on weekly, monthly,
quarterly or annual basis through mailing or performances
review visit organized with the presence of the
customer if requested.
